Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges only on products that are damaged or defective from our part or if you are facing a size issue. If you wish to exchange a product, write an email to us on customercare@popclo.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Disclaimer:

• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

• All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.

• For International order - You are responsible for covering the shipping and customs clearance fees for sending your order and receiving the exchange.

However, in the case of a damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs once we confirm the issue via email. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with our exchange policy.

Sale Period Terms and Conditions: • During sale periods, we do not offer returns on sale products. Exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items only. Please contact our customer service team or email on customercare@popclo.com within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

• During the Sale Event We provide an assortment of discounted products.

• Our pledge is to uphold product quality prior to shipment. Unfortunately, we can only authorize returns or exchanges for discounted items in cases of receiving incorrect, damaged, or faulty merchandise.

• In the event of a pricing error caused by human oversight, the price displayed in our system will be deemed final.

• During the sale, we may encounter a surge in orders and cannot accommodate cancellations due to shipping delays. Nonetheless, we retain the right to void orders if items become unavailable.

Gift Cards-Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If either party experiences delays due to Force Majeure, these delays won't count towards the specified timeframes in this Agreement. It's explicitly stated that a lack of funds will not, under any circumstances, qualify as a Force Majeure event.

Resolution of Disputes:

• This agreement will be interpreted, and the legal relationship between YOU and PopClo herein will be determined and regulated in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any disagreement arising between you and PopClo concerning your use of the Website or your interactions with PopClo regarding any activities on the Website, encompassing issues related to the validity, interpretation, execution, or violation of any provision within the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, including but not restricted to the regulations and policies stated herein, such a dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gautam Buddha Nagar.
