Returns/ shipment for Domestic Orders 

  • Once ordered, PopClo pieces take approximately 3 weeks to be shipped out. 
  • You will be notified when your product is shipped out. PLEASE NOTE: PopClo is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather, curfew restrictions in any city, etc, or on the part of the courier partner, But we're happy to assist you in all the conditions.
  • At PopClo, we take pride in giving each of our clothing pieces a lot of attention and care during the production process. Therefore, it becomes challenging for us to entertain fraudulent return requests. But At the heart of our values lies the utmost priority of customer satisfaction. So we offer a 1-day return policy.  We count one day as the next day of receiving the PopClo piece.
  • If you need to Return/exchange a credit note on an item due to a sizing issue or if there is a mistake on our part, simply CLICK HERE, Or send us an email at orders@popclo.com.
  • and a member of our customer care team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to assist you with the exchange process. They may ask for additional information like photos etc. to evaluate your return request. Please assist them with the same.
  • Exchanges are available for the same style only.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged a second time.
  • Once your Return/exchange request has been approved, PopClo will take care of the pickup.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer will have to bear the. Shipping charges for the return/ exchange of products. The cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: All products bought on sale are not acceptable for return, but can be exchanged 
  • If the last piece of the PopClo piece was bought by you and there is no piece left to exchange, we will provide you a return instead.
  • Kindly make sure that the product you wish to return or exchange is in its original state, inclusive of packaging. Please note: if we receive the items in any other packaging, we will not be able to accept the return and the package will be sent back.                  
  • Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, any makeup stains, or that smell of perfume or sweat will be refused. Products showing any signs of wear and tear will not be considered eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure all original documents are returned with the product. Prior to processing any returns or exchanges, Popclo retains the authority to assess the condition of the product.            

  International Instruction

Returns /Shipment / Customs

  • We don't do free international shipping. The cost of the courier needs to be borne by the customer.
  • Your card will be billed by the payment gateway when your payment is confirmed and subsequently, the package will be shipped to its final international destination.
  • We try our best to ship our PopClo pieces to you within 3-4 weeks.
  • These delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners.
  • Customs and VAT will be charged as per the laws within your country. These customs and VAT will have to be paid by you. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, please note that the order will not be canceled or refunded.
  • You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel .
  • PopClo has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.                      

Return/ Exchange for international orders 

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any piece you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at orders@popclo.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

How Long Will It Take to Process My Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. We'll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
